Yes, kidney anomalies in patients with uterus didelphys is not uncommon. Various anomalies occur where single kidney is one, but it can also be anomalies of the ureter. I for example have two ureters from the right kidney to the bladder. For most of us it has no implication for our health other than that it is good to know if you ever have to undergo surgery in the abdomen.
