UTERUS DIDELPHYS HELP

Hi everyone, I have convinced myself for years that I have uterus didelphys because tampons never work for me and when I insert them they feel like they go off to either the left or right... I have been having ovary pain + abdominal + lower back pain so I got a pelvic ultrasound done. I told the nurse about my concern about having 2 uteruses and she said I do not. I was wondering the accuracy of ultrasounds in diagnosing 2 uteruses? I'm pretty sure if I do have 2, I have 1 vagina with a septum and 2 uteruses. If she says I don't have one do I definitely not have one or is there a chance it was just missed?? Thank you
